2. Products
Fizz-Ezy offers enzyme-based cleaning products designed for household use. Our products are manufactured in South Africa under strict quality and regulatory standards.
Our products are also produced to standards that meet international requirements, including export-level quality aligned with United States regulatory expectations.
Fizz-Ezy products are:
- Non-toxic and biodegradable
- Septic tank and greywater safe
- Designed to be safe for use around children and pets when used as directed
3. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer
All products must be used strictly in accordance with instructions provided.
By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:
- Products are not intended for consumption
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Do not ingest under any circumstances
- Use only as directed for cleaning purposes
Fizz-Ezy will not be held liable for misuse, improper handling, or use outside of intended purposes.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Fizz-Ezy reserves the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock discrepancies
In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded where applicable.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via PayFast, which may include:
- Instant EFT
- QR code payments via supported banking apps
- Other PayFast-supported payment methods
Fizz-Ezy does not store any payment information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
Delivery is fulfilled via:
- PUDO (locker-to-locker)
- The Courier Guy lockers
Customers may select their preferred locker during checkout, where applicable.
Delivery Time:
Once your parcel has been placed in a locker for collection, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is offered on orders over R650.
7. Risk & Damage in Transit
All orders are carefully packaged using protective materials.
However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, risk passes to the customer.
Fizz-Ezy cannot guarantee that items will not be damaged during transit.

Each case will be reviewed individually.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Fizz-Ezy does not accept returns.
In cases of:
- Damaged goods
- Incorrect items
We will assess the situation and may, at our discretion:
- Replace the item
- Offer store credit
- Provide a refund
9. Referral & Rewards Programme
Fizz-Ezy offers a referral-based rewards programme.
Eligibility:
- Only registered customers may participate
- Customers must have completed at least one purchase
Reward Structure:
- Referrer receives 10% off their next order
- The referred customer receives 10% off their first order
- Minimum spend: R200
- Reward validity: 30 days from issue
Usage Rules:
- Rewards are not stackable
- Multiple referrals do not accumulate into large discounts
- One referral reward may be used per qualifying order
Abuse Prevention:
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts
- Sharing codes in a misleading or fraudulent manner
- Any attempt to manipulate the system
Additionally:
- A maximum of one valid referral reward per customer per month applies
Fizz-Ezy reserves the right to:
- Cancel rewards
- Suspend accounts
- Refuse orders
Where abuse or suspicious activity is detected.
10. Bulk & Custom Orders
Fizz-Ezy accepts bulk and custom orders.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Fizz-Ezy shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss arising from the misuse of products
- Delays caused by third-party couriers
- Technical issues affecting website access or orders

By using this website, you agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
- Misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
