Enzymes break down dirt and grime on a molecular level. They keep working long after you’ve wiped, helping maintain clean surfaces without harsh chemicals.

The temperature of the water affects how quickly the tablet dissolves.

• For most spray bottle tablets, we recommend using warm (not boiling) water  just enough to speed up the fizz without melting your bottle (especially if you’re using a reused water or cold drink bottle).

• For the Tile & Floor Cleaner, it’s best to use 5 litres of water (like in a mop bucket). Drop the tablet in before you start sweeping or vacuuming, and it’ll be fully dissolved and ready to use by the time you’re ready to mop 🙂 

Cold water does work, but the tablet will take a bit longer to dissolve.

We recommend a 28mm neck bottle (Water or Cold Drink Bottle). The 500ml bottle is fine; the cleaner will be more concentrated, it’s still fine to use on all* of your surfaces. OR reuse a 750ml cleaner bottle with a trigger attachment.

We sell a Dual Spray Trigger (mist and foam). The foaming option is our favourite and helps hydrate dried-up spills to make cleaning easier. 

*We’ve tested our All-purpose cleaner on a lot of surfaces, and to date, we’ve found no issues – but we can never be 100% certain it’s 100% safe on EVERYTHING 

We steer clear of the term “eco-friendly” as it has become so common that it often lacks true meaning and can sometimes be misleading. Instead, we prefer to highlight that our tablets are biodegradable, free from phosphates, and utilize enzymes for effective yet gentle cleaning. They are safe for septic tanks and greywater systems, which are delicate ecosystems requiring a balance of beneficial bacteria to properly break down waste. Our products will not harm this essential ‘good’ bacteria; on the contrary, they enhance its performance. In contrast, harsh chemicals like bleach can disrupt and kill this bacteria, leading to unpleasant odors in septic and greywater systems. This is indeed a green product, and we have white papers to back this up. Email us to request the white papers.

Yes! We use minimal, recyclable packaging and encourage reusing your own spray bottles instead of buying new plastic each time.

Currently, the wrapper around the tablets can be recycled, we are still looking for a compostable wrapper to ensure our product meets our values and standards. 

We use fragrance blends that comply with global safety standards. Our focus is always on safe, gentle formulations that smell amazing without overpowering your space.

We use PayFast – a secure South African payment gateway that accepts credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and more. You can choose the method that suits you best at checkout.

Yes! Our site uses encrypted SSL technology and PayFast’s trusted payment system to ensure your personal and payment information is secure.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and delivery to a Pudo locker usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive an SMS, email or WhatApp from Pudo with a PIN and collection instructions once your parcel is in the locker. You’ll have 36 hours to collect it, so keep an eye out for the notification!

If your parcel isn’t collected within the locker time frame, it will be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional delivery fees may apply, so be sure to collect it as soon as you get notified.

Absolutely! Once your parcel has been dispatched, Pudo will send you details about your order.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at 0824934602 and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s shipped, we can’t change the order, but we’ll assist with a solution if needed.
